Wifi Now Available in Scoville Park

Users of downtown Oak Park's Scoville Park can now go online using a free wireless service created through a partnership between the Park District of Oak Park and the Oak Park Public Library, the Chicago Tribune reported Tuesday.

According to the Tribune, library and park district officials collaborated to get a contractor, install the equipment and test software needed to extend the library's wireless service to the park.

Scoville Park is the first park to offer wireless to residents, according to the Tribune.
