March weather might have been colder than expected, but the real estate market in Forest Park is really heating up!

Qualified buyers are out looking for homes, but a drop in the number of houses on the market has increased the competition for homes priced properly and in top showing condition.

This combination of more buyers and fewer sellers is one of the major contributors to what looks like a quick shift from a buyer's market to a healthy, normal market this Spring.
