Fade City Barber Lounge, 7233 Roosevelt Rd. in Forest Park, will celebrate its two-year anniversary next weekend with a two-day celebration Friday, Aug. 16 and Saturday, Aug. 17.
Fade City founder and owner Freddie Estrada opened the business in August 2011 with a simple mission: "To deliver haircuts, that are second to none, to any and all customers walking through Fade City's door," according to the Fade City website.
The anniversary celebration will feature house music and free food from 6-10 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
